What I'm Disrupting In November

I don’t know about you, I am definitely on edge about this upcoming election. It has been a painful almost four-year period of listening to someone who can barely put a sentence together. I honestly don’t know if my soul can do another four.

I know I did my part and have let go of the outcome. I am not in control. I am a conduit for all of the things the Universe has in store. That being said, I guess that means my birthday gets to happen in 2020.

1. I am celebrating my 50th birthday this year. That’s right I am turning a half-century old on November 7 and I am in my feelings about it. I remember when I turned 30 and 40 and I was feeling some type of way about these birthdays too. I was never where I thought I would be when they came, but I never really did a whole lot about it. This year is SOOOO different. I am doing what I love, living in my zone of genius, and making an impact in the world. It is much easier to look at that big number because of this. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to “do” for my birthday and my friend gave me a deadline to figure it out. We were thinking of Mexico, Vegas, or somewhere other than being stuck at home, then it dawned on me that I wanted to go within. A nice place in the mountains and in nature sounded like more of what I wanted to do. A place to reflect, get quiet, and listen to what my soul is actually calling forth. And that’s what I am doing on this birthday. I am giving myself the gift of self-trust. Self-trust has been difficult for me and it might be for many of you. We have been raised in a society that says we don’t know what is good for us, we don’t know what we want and we don’t know how to make it happen. I call BULLSHIT today and every day. Let’s all give ourselves this gift. How much better off would the world be if we trusted ourselves more?
2. My team and I are conducting a year in review. We will be sharing some of my personal stories and business lessons to support you along your journey. I am looking forward to sharing this with you and you gaining insight into your own journey.
3. I’ve updated my company values and they helped me to get really clear on my ideal client and I will be sharing this and so much more at the Brand Disruptors Q4 Retreat: Money Mastery. 4. How is your visibility going? I set an intention to get more visible in the last 90 days of the year and I had no idea what I was getting into. Besides the speaking engagements, the bi-weekly lives in the free FB group, I am going live in the AICI Global FB Group every Friday at 8:00 am.  Myself and some other members of the International Board and conference committee members want to make sure that our conference is well attended and people stay informed about everything. You see, I am the VP of the Conference and it's our first virtual conference. We are having to learn how to be innovative in real-time. See what happens when you set an intention????
